Hamish & Andy launched their drive show nationally in January 2007. They have taken radio where no other show has been before. With over 2 million listeners tuning in to their drive show each week, Hamish & Andy have now become the number one drive show in the nation.

Hamish and Andy first met at Melbourne University in 2001 where they were both studying commerce. They fell in love with radio and in no time had their own community radio show and also created a TV show called Radio Karate.

The Hamish and Andy Show first launched in 2006 on Melbourne’s air waves in the FOX FM drive slot.

After just one ratings survey, the show went to Number 1 FM in their timeslot.

They have continued to maintain this position and as a testament to their broad appeal, by mid 2006, listeners were able to tune in to the show in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and in late 2007 Newcastle.

The 2007 Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) saw Hamish & Andy win the Best Networked Program and Best Music Special for their interview with Robbie Williams.

2009 will see the Hamish and Andy show expand into the Tasmanian, Regional Victorian and New Zealand markets. The boys definitely have a knack of captivating audiences with their broad appeal through their highly entertaining, humorous show.

There's a time and a place to be serious. It's NOT 4pm to 6pm weekdays.
