Brooke going back to rehab

Brooke Mueller has agreed to go back to rehab to get the help she needs. Brooke wasn't keen on going back but after her friends and family pleaded with her to go she agreed.

Charlie will be taking care of the couple's sons Bob and Max.

Kirsten's French stalker

Kirsten Dunst received a protection order  against 51-year-old French man. He has flown from France to El Lay more than five times, sent her dozens of letters and called her over a hundred times, admitted to sitting in his car outside of her house ten times, and once, even walked up to her doorstep and confronted her mother!

An El Lay County Superior Court Judge ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from the actress and her mom, and set up a hearing on December 21st to see if it will need to be extended!
